Beautiful Navajo Gradient Teardrop Turquoise Pendant By Robert Shakey

Beautiful Navajo gradient teardrop turquoise pendant. The artist's hallmark is (ROBERT SHAKEY) Robert Shakey, Navajo. This artist has been active since the 1980's. The back of this piece is stamped "Sterling." The alluring turquoise stone graduates from a bright blue to a light green color while a light brown/orange matrix runs across the bottom of the stone. There is a satin finish on the silver to give it a softer look and complement the lighter green color of the stone. The edging of the pendant has a sterling silver twist-wire that surrounds the stone and at the bottom, there are plain silver beads and one hogan bead in the center. The pendant measures 2" long including the bail by " wide.
