Rectangular Sterling Silver Sand Cast Belt Buckle

Rectangular sterling silver sand cast belt buckle. The hallmark is too worn to read. Sand casting is a traditional Navajo method of making a mold in wet sand and pouring molten silver into the mold to shape jewelry. This  buckle is 3" wide by 2" tall. It weighs 69.4 grams. It will fit a 1 1/2" or more narrow belt. The buckle has has some scratches from use, but it is solid and still attractive. It will serve well for a long time. Thank you for shopping in our store.
