Sterling Silver and Block Turquoise Needlepoint Necklace

Sterling silver and block turquoise needlepoint necklace. The length is 18". The center is 2" wide by 3 1/4" long including the section hanging below. It has 20 stones. The round dangle below it is 15/16" in diameter. There are 12 stones on this part. Three 15/16" silver dangles are hanging from this circle. The two side circles are also 15/16" in diameter and have 12 stones each. The necklace is not signed. We don't know who made it. The necklace is in good condition.
