Sterling Silver and Coral Naja Necklace on Black Cord

Sterling silver coral naja necklace on cord. This naja is 2 1/2" tall x 2 1/2" wide. The large coral stones are 16 mm long. The black cloth cord is 34" long. The naja could be used on beads or a chain. There is no signature.  The work appears to be Navajo. A twisted silver wire rope is in the center of 2 triangle wires. Three loops of silver are at the top of the pendant.  The naja is said to be a fertility symbol or a protector of horse and rider when used on horse tack. The necklace is in good condition.
