Sterling Silver and Turquoise Sand Cast Naja Beaded Necklace

Sterling silver and turquoise sand cast naja beaded necklace. Sand casting is a traditional Navajo technique. A mold is made in wet sand. Molten silver is poured into the mold. The piece is cleaned and polished when it cools. This naja is 2" tall by 1 1/2" wide. The turquoise is 11mm long. The rest of the necklace is strung with 7mm round beads and 1/2" melon beads. The necklace is 27 1/2" long including the shepherd's hook clasp. "B74858" is etched on the naja's back. There is no signature. The necklace is in good condition. Thank you for shopping in our store.
