Sterling Silver Lapis Southwestern Shadow Box Oval Post Earrings

Oval sterling silver and lapis shadow box earrings.  These are 1" tall x 3/4" wide. They are post earrings. The back has M H, an arrow, and sterling stamped. I don't know who uses this hallmark.
