Vintage Sterling Silver and Turquoise 3" Cluster Pin/Pendant

Large 3" sterling silver and turquoise vintage cluster pin/pendant. The center stone is 12mm in diameter. There are 16 teardrop 6 mm stones around the center. There are 11 mm long oval stones around that. The outside rows are 23 then 49 stones. Sterling is stamped on the back but there is no signature. The piece is in good condition.
