Vintage Sterling Silver Mosaic Inlay Pendant with Silver Feathers

Vintage sterling silver mosaic inlay pendant with 5 dangling sterling feathers. There is a turquoise bead above each feather. The inlay is 1 1/2" wide and is done with turquoise, jet, and mother of pearl. The height including the bail and feathers is 3 1/4". The width is 1 3/4". The pendant hangs from a corner as a  diamond shape. R A with 5 slashes between is the hallmark. I don't know who uses this hallmark. There is some natural patina on the silver.
