Vintage Sterling Silver Owl Pin with Turquoise Eyes

Vintage sterling silver owl pin with turquoise eyes. It is not signed. The pin is 1 5/8" tall by 15/16" wide, and weighs 11.9 grams. The eyes are inlaid with 3mm turquoise stones.
